The data is clear.  Nine out of ten gun crimes are committed with illegal guns, Congresswoman Kaptur believes law-abiding Americans are the problem, not criminals with illegal firearms.  Kaptur is putting extreme left-wing politics before common sense, and she threatens the rights of law-abiding Americans.
